You may upload content such as tattoo photos, profile information, and project details. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app.

You must not upload content you do not have rights to, or that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for your account security. Contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity.

You may disconnect Instagram or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The app and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of the platform.
